Prerequisites: a good knowledge of Newtonian mechanics including angular motion and angular momentum, such as might result from a high school honors course.
An introductory physics course in high school or college is strongly recommended. Very good algebra and trigonometry skills are essential, introductory calculus and vector calculus are helpful.
